Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and VertexSMM.com will not refund orders that are processing state if you feel they are taking too long.
We are trying our best to deliver exactly what is ordered from us. In some cases, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
VertexSMM.com will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and posts on social media.
We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the VertexSMM.com site that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media community.
It is your responsibility to ensure your social media accounts are set to "Public" during the delivery of our services. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to "Private" will not result in any payment reimbursement.
Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. We cannot guarantee correct delivery in such cases and will not offer refunds for these orders.
All payments are processed using secure payment gateways.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your client's social media accounts.
Deposits made to VertexSMM.com are non-refundable. You must use your balance on orders from VertexSMM.com.
You will not get a refund for your payment method. Once a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it. You can only use your balance to place orders.
If an order is not deliverable or gets canceled, the funds will be credited back to your account balance on our website.
Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
VertexSMM.com is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform. You use our services at your own risk.
We shall not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
